The management structure here needs to be revised. This place under current management is a disaster for residents and their quality of life, and the employees' workplace stress, drama, and a gross overlap of employees filling different roles outside of qualifications and contacts. This management structure needs to be disbanded and replaced. It's truly awful.

Tracie, the admissions director here needs to be fired! She has zero compassion and is extremely rude! We came to tour the facility without knowing we needed to make an appointment and her reaction to us being there was horrible. We only tolerated it because the facility itself was very impressive and we really wanted to get my dad approved to stay there.

For a religious organization to tolerate someone like that on their staff, it is extremely hypocritical and counter to what they stand for. Very disappointing experience to say the least. But I’m sure you get the picture.

I just wrote a long long review and it deleted its impossible to see what your writing on here after the 1st paragraph just A BIG WARNING DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN HERE they are Very Neglectful my mom almost died in here if i didnt visit her when i did she wouldve died that nite i had an ambulance there immediately 5 hours in ER and 7 days in hospital her oxygen level was 70 and they didnt even put her on oxygen who does that her blood pressure was so low she shouldve been dead she was so severely dehydrated it was pathetic she was hallucinating so bad i can go on for a half hour easy!! But i cant see wat im typing on here i heard her screaming down the hall and nurse infront of me walked pass her room and did not even look in her room AT ALL she damaged her throat from screaming for so long she was hallucinating
so bad they kept giving her 1,000 mg of tylenol wen I ordered them NOT TO give her any meds at all she was Not in pain but keept overdosing her they knew my mom never screamed ever ER took xrays she hurt her throat from screaming for hours then she was stuck on pureed foods!! 2 cnas were putting her in bed from wheelchair and dropped her and did not even record it At All !! Or report it they told me personally but did not report it the food there is sooo bad i couldnt get her to eat!! My mom would call me crying that they were being mean to her she cant dress herself they made her wear clothes she wore pjs n robes! They made her wear pants and blouses why? Shes in bed all day horrible horribleNurse threw her clothes at her and told her dress herself!! Wich she couldnt do! I can go on and on after hospital i put her in Bearcreek on 21st st. THAT Was the best thing i did for her she loved loved it there boy big difference like day n night she LOVED THEIR food they had a real chef my mom started eating again i love love the nurses there they were so good to her and sooo caring rooms are beautiful and you dont have to take your own tv or furniture like st francis .they have a lobby patients can sit and watch tv they had their own kitchen area w full access to I loved Bearcreek love love the nurses there!!beautiful rooms etc just a warning mt.st.francis should have 0 stars own on the neglect there 2 cnas at bearcreek said they worked at st francis 1 week and quit they were that bad !!! Bear Creek gets a gold star and 10 star rating and they are cheaper than st.francis

I think they need more experience handling rehabilitation patients. There needs to be a more streamlined care process between floors and communication with the doctor. I was perfectly aware of my surroundings and my Healthcare but they went to my husband with decisions regarding my care instead of talking to me. The physical therapy staff was excellent and the cna staff was kind and thorough. The food was delicious and ample.

We know mom has just gotten there, but we have to say thank you to all of the staff for being so very kind and caring . And a special thank you to Dolores and Paul for being there for mom on her 1st night and so understanding. We'll worry about her still. But we know she is in the best place for her to gave her the care that we here at home could not do any longer. And a special thank you to Tracy in Admission & Karen in Business for helping with everything and making it all so easy on us in that way . Would recommend St. Francis Nursing Center to anyone.

My mother has been a resident for almost 2 years.

Mt St Francis staff has done an amazing job as she has dimentia.

I can rest at night knowing my mom is loved and cared for every day.

I'm a frequent visitor and anytime I show up I'm always thankful for being able to visit knowing the level of care she is being given.

Thanks to all of the staff for being salt of the earth!

Beautiful facility but that's where it ends. Despite this 92 yo woman's history of having strokes and seizures, they removed her from her blood thinner that was keeping her from having these - even the doctor didn't know nor authorized her to be removed from it. 2 weeks later, she suffered a debilitating stroke leaving her fully left side impacted. I wanted to remove her from the facility immediately but they threatened legal action against me. A week later, they fractured 2 of her ribs from incorrectly moving her. Despite their threats, I removed her anyway, got her properly diagnosed and into a better place. One of the ribs could have punctured her lung had she remained. I kept telling them that they were moving her incorrectly as she was in a lot of pain but they didn't listen nor did they listen to her. Even after her stroke, they left her alone. She tried calling for a nurse, even shouting for one while I was on the phone with her....no one came. When I called the nurses station, I was treated with disdain and very rudely. It took them over an hour to finally get into her room to help her. Very poor treatment.

Staffing Rude, First Time Working Here Through Agency . I Drove An Hour To Help Out With Work
I was an hour late because I got lost.. Once Again I never been here before !!
Showed up took my temperature and all , lady at the front desk Called Megan .. Megan said send me home cause I’m late.. ok! That’s fine , I left .. an hour late . I get a message from my agency saying No Call No Show.. So Not Only did I drive an hour to work here. But Megan calls my agency and Make Me look bad ! No Call No Show!! When I really Showed !!
