This rating of five out of five stars is specific to Christmas Eve Midnight Mass as celebrated at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. I have been fortunate to have attended Mass here at this time in both 2016 and 2017. This modern architectural wonder is beautifully decorated for the occasion and is a perfect place to celebrate the birth of our Savior. The mass is beautifully done including both the instrumental and vocal musical elements. This is a beautiful place to celebrate Christmas Eve Midnight Mass.

Love this church and how welcoming it is! Every Sunday, my husband and I began attending this church and we continue to do so still. We love the service on Sundays and are always excited for any help/volunteer opportunity we can get. The statue of Virgin Mary outside the church is dear to my heart! Always peaceful praying here.

My family and I are new parishioners at this church. My immediate impression is this church is very warm and welcoming. The Church itself is very well kept and beautiful inside and outside. The Mass has a great choir and the Priest has great homilies. We are very excited to call St. Mark's our new church.

As snowbirds, we have the opportunity to attend Mass @ this church Nov-April. We love the strong faith filled community that welcomes everyone. The music is so up lifting especially the talented organist. We enjoy lingering after Mass & listening to his music as everyone is filing out to go home. The gift shop has a great selection of Catholic gifts. It was nice to stroll across to the gathering place to have coffee, tea, juice or a doughnut. During that time we can sit & chat with someone from the parish that we have never met. We feel blessed to have found this parish with a great message every week.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
If you are looking for a very welcoming Catholic Church to attend; St. Mark is convenient for those living in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel areas. Looking forward to going to Christmas Eve Midnight Mass here once again. It has become a tradition to attend this BEAUTIFUL Mass celebration to honor Jesus’ birth. Plan to arrive early on Christmas Eve because the beautiful music begins 30 minutes before the start of the Mass. BEAUTIFUL carols are sung by the choir accompanied by musicians from the orchestra.
St. Mark has much to offer for those seeking to grow in their Faith as well as fellowship.

First of all for full disclosure I am not a close friend of Father Ed but have been a parishioner of St Marks for 20 plus years . Since Father Richard came on I lost interest in going to church there . The homilies have no impact on me whatsoever but continued going there when Father Ed was in town and god spoke to me through him . Now I heard that he was no longer wanted there I have made a family decision to leave and join St Tim's . Father Richard WE the parishioners built that church ( upon this rock) it is not you but you are going to ruin that church . I beg all of you to go to St Tim's on Sunday 5:30 mass it is amazing .. God forgive me

I am not a member of this parish church, but do go for occasional weekday Mass. The attendance for weekday masses is impressive, uplifting, & leaves one spiritually hopeful in this ever expanding hopeless & Godless world. I love that this church is "bright", unlike so many dark Catholic churches, with open lighting & windows everywhere, & soft comfortable benches & pughs for my orthopedically challenged back. The people that are parish regulars & parishioners are very friendly to me, knowing I am not a member of St. Mark's. The only reason for 4 stars is that most of the parking lot is not paved & rocky grainy dirt. What's up with that? A gorgeous church & grounds, & parking lot like a traveling carnival in a field. That being said, this is a lovely Catholic Church with warm & welcoming Priests and Parishioners. The peace of mind & heart it provides when I attend Mass during the week is priceless to me.
