I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my aunt received at the Springs at St Andrew's Village. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in her recovery. Their expertise and dedication were nothing short of life-saving. My aunt wouldn't have made the recovery she has if it weren't for this team.

The facility is not only well-equipped but also warm and welcoming, making it a comforting environment for both patients and families. The individualized treatment plan and attentive therapy sessions helped my aunt regain her strength and health beyond what we imagined possible. Each staff member made us feel like we were one of their family members and ensured we were informed each step of the way.

As a care partner and personally knowing an amazing staff member at The Springs, I’d most definitely would have 100% confidence in their team to care for a loved one if I needed.
From communication, to how beautiful this community is and not to mention the staff!!!! As a care partner, we can depend on Lacey and Ana to get the ball rolling on any needs our agency has. My mom, Michele had spent a few weeks at Springs at St. Andrews in November 2023. As someone who's previously worked in a retirement facility, I was nervous when my mom went to a rehabilitation center post hospitalization. The facility is large, the rehab/long term area is nice. The staff was very lovely and attentive with my mom. She looked significantly better and got stronger as her stay furthered. Unfortunately she passed away a few months ago, but my family and I never had the chance to thank the staff for the care they provided our mom. Thank you!

This place is amazing. They took wonderful care of my Aunt. Truly a miracle as she was so much better after their care. Staff very caring, knowledgeable , and helpful. Facility is clean and comfortable. Not hospital like. I highly recommend them.

In early December my husband had an emergency hospitalization caused by a different senior rehab facility. Upon his release from the hospital, he entered into rehab at the Springs at St Andrews. What a difference in facilities. From day 1, the friendliness and help was and is outstanding. People come in to visit with him. People know his and my name and talk to both of us. The nurses are so good and caring. The CNAs are wonderful. The physical, speech, and occupational therapists are great and really seem to care about their profession and want the patient to succeed (This did not seem to be the case at the previous facility). All of the senior level staff have been very open to questions, comments, and concerns. I feel that my husband has found a new family that cares about him and I am very grateful.

Wow where do I begin this review. My Mother took a fall at her home and was hospitalized, mis-diagnosed and sent for rehab. They said that is all she needed. We chose St. Andrews based on a family friend that lives there. Mom was not getting better, and the staff sent her to another hospital where she spent several days being nursed back to health. She then returned to St. Andrews with a new diagnosis. In the meantime, my father had a stroke and ended up in hospice care at a hospital. He was eventually released to hospice care at St. Andrews. Unfortunately, he passed away a few days later.
With this as a background I can not say enough kind things about the treatment my family has been blessed with from the staff at The Springs @ St. Andrews. It starts with Penny at the front desk, it is always a pleasure being greeted by someone so kind. Then to the administrative staff Lacey, Dayna and Amanda that helped us get my father to the facility so my mother could have closure with my father’s passing. They will never know what that meant to myself and my brothers. Also worth mentioning is they have got my mom’s friend now as her roommate which makes her days so much brighter. The CNA’s and nursing staff have been outstanding as well. From mom’s favorite Teddy to Bianca who my mom calls Blanch are so caring and attentive to their charges. Miheret head of nursing has been outstanding as well. She is able to answer all our questions and does a great job making sure mom has all her meds. Physical Therapy has been a challenge for mom. She suffered a cracked vertebrate that will hopefully be addressed soon. But, in the meantime they are working with her and she seems to be getting somewhat better. All the therapists have been so kind to her and patient but firm in their attempt to get her self-sufficient. This includes the Nutritionist Jessica that mom gives such a hard time about the food she needs to get better. There have been so many small things they have done for us like having refreshments available as my father passed to helping find a Notary to come out to the facility.
I will be forever grateful that we got mom to the Springs at St. Andrews.

The Springs (not St. Andrew's Village) is 100% TOP NOTCH!

Building is extremely clean, staff is kind and very knowledgeable. The Springs is the place to be if you are looking for an excellent rehab center or long term nursing care. Nurses are friendly and are always helpful.

Truly blessed to have our family member here!
